This 36 months old matured Comté is a very rare and exceptional cheese with very dense flavors of grilled fruit, nuts and caramel. The texture is smooth, creamy and nutty. The Comte requires a long maturing period, which gives its distinctive crispiness (salt crystals) and softness to the cheese. It’s granted Protected Denomination of Origin (AOP) which guarantees the rigorously controlled manufacturing process.

Comté is a versatile cheese that melts beautifully and is equally use on the cheese platter. Great pairings with dry white wines!
