Cooking method.

**Gas fryer** 15 minutes
Remove the outer box and inner plastic bag
Place in preheated fryer and heat at 180°C for about 15 minutes
Ready to enjoy.

**Microwave** 5 minutes
Poke holes in the bag and place in the microwave oven with the bag attached.
Heat for 5 minutes. (defrost before heating to enhance the flavour of the gravy)
Allow to stand at room temperature for about 1 minute after heating to retain the freshness of the pork ribs.

**Heat in hot water** for 10 minutes
Place in boiling water with the packet. (Please defrost before cooking.)
Continue to heat water to a boil.
Cook slowly for a further 10 minutes. (Do not cook until water is completely dry)

**Oven** 20-25 minutes
Remove the bag and place the pork ribs on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the pork ribs in the middle of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes. (Please defrost before heating)
Once heated, enjoy.

**Heating time and temperature may vary from oven to oven, please adjust as necessary.

**氣炸鍋**15分鐘
除掉外盒及內膠袋
放入預熱氣炸鍋內以180°C加熱約15分鐘
即可享用。

**微波爐**5分鐘
先在包裝袋上刺上小孔，再連包裝袋放入微波爐。
加熱5分鐘。（加熱前請先解凍，有助加強肉汁的味道）
加熱後可放置室溫約1分鐘以保留豬肋骨的鮮味。

**熱水加熱**10分鐘
連包裝袋放入滾水中。(烹調前請先解凍。)
繼續加熱水至沸騰。
再慢火煮10分鐘。（切勿煮至水全乾）

**焗爐**20-25分鐘
除去包裝袋，將豬肋骨放於烤盤上。
先預熱焗爐至200°C，再將豬肋骨放於焗爐中層，加熱20-25分鐘。（請於加熱前先解凍）
加熱後即可享用。
