Tasting note: The cuvée Tradition from this large estate is made out of Syrah (70%) and Grenache (30%). It shows the colour of a nice young wine. On the nose, delicate yet powerful aromas, black fruit and spices mainly, with a touch of mineral. On the mouth, the wine is dense, rich; the tannins leave a feeling of softness, balanced by a real freshness. Power, full body and length are the key words.
