What is Black Truffle Butter?
We start with the finest Welsh butter, from grass-fed cows. We then expertly blend the butter with the highest quality Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
What does it taste like?
Delicate in texture with an earthy Black Truffle aroma. Expect sweet, creamy flavours with incredible depth from the black truffle.
How should I use it?
Use just like your favourite butter to add depth to any meal. Spread on your toast, mix through scrambled eggs or add it to mash potato. We recommend trying on steak.
