Spanish Frozen Red Prawns (XL)
Most red prawns comes from Suriname (the Northeast of South Africa), but our Spanish Red Prawns come from the South of Spain (Huelva in Andalousia). These prawns are caught in the deep sea at a depth of 500m – 2,000m, very luscious, has exceptional flavor, especially from their heads, succulent meat, and rich in prawn paste. Traditional Spanish people will season with sea salt, then pan-fried with olive oil, garlic and parsley.
They are also ideal for high quality pasta, risotto dish and BBQ.
