American "Brekshire" Heritage Farms Blackened Dolphin Sausage

The American Black Dolphin is a 100 percent natural Berkshire pig. Discovered by King Oliver Cromwell's army in Reading three hundred years ago, the Berkshire pig has been carefully selected for its flavour since the early nineteenth century to preserve its pedigree.

The Heritage Pork is raised in the most natural way possible, on natural feeds, without artificial colours or preservatives, with minimal processing and only a small amount of seasoning for everyday use in the home.

According to the National Pork Producers Council's Good Taste Test, which is based on 25 quality criteria, the Black Pork won 19 awards, including tenderness and juiciness. It has the excellent marbling of a Kobe steak; it is sweet and tender, with aromatic fat and sweet juices, and the meat is flexible, very tasty and particularly delicious.
