From the mountains of Salamanca in Guijuelo to the deep south of Andalusia near Jabugo, our experts have selected the best Iberico ham vintages mong local and artisanal producers.

Near the village of Jabugo (Andalusia), the hot summers and warm winters accelerate the curing time of the hams. The lack of rainfall in this area strengthens the trees and their fruits. As a result, the acorns are incredibly aromatic.

Our 48 months Iberico ham vintage is an "aromatic explosion". Powerful and nutty with a long-lasting taste. This vintage pairs beautifully with medium and full-bodied red wines.
